Wooden Frames

Good morning everyone!!!

This morning I would like to show you three
frames that were made using unfinished oval wooden
frames from Michaels. I made one of these frames can you
guess which one LOL. My new friends Wendy and Judy who
are fairly new to stamping wanted to learn how to do them,
so we had a class of sorts. I think they all came out
really good what do you think?

The above one is mine, did you guess right LOL.

This one was made by Judy, she loves the ocean and
had some shells she had collected that she wanted to use.

This one Wendy made to match her newly
decorated bedroom.

Here is a list of items used in all of them
Stamps- Our Daily Bread Designs & Heartfelt creations
Various scrapbook papers
TH die and Distress inks
Cheery Lynn dies
EP
Shells and shell buttons
Flowers mini roses Michaels
Brads unknown
Wood oval frames Michaels

Well there you have it. I think these ladies did a fabulous
job on their first project what do you think? They are just the
sweetest ladies and I am so blessed to have met them. They
are both so eagar to learn all about stamping its fun
to watch their excitement.
I pray you have a wonderful weekend !!

Frame Pincushion & Writing Tablet

Hi Everyone!!

I pray your staying cool, it has been so hot
and humid here in NE Ohio, but at least there
is no snow, that will be soon enough LOL

Today I want to share with you a fun project I
learned from the fabulous Becca Feeken,
for her instruction video click here
This is my take on it.

I sure hope you try this project out, it's fun and a great
way to hold and display your embellished stick pins,
which I just realized I didn't photograph in mine LOL !!
So please pretend they are beautifully
displayed in mine LOL LOL.
Oh it's been a very long day LOL

I used fabric & trim I had in my stash forever LOL.
The frames are from Micheal's bridal area
they come two in a pack. The flowers are Prima's.
I ended up putting mine together a little differently then
Becca did but the results are about the same.

Now I also want to share a cool writing tablet
my friend Darlene (click on her name to go to her blog)
showed me how to make
and this is how mine turned out.
Thank you Darlene!!

The tablet is from Staples. I used my scalloped nesties ,
CS and punch from SU.The embellishments were
from my stash. The flourish die is a Cheery Lynn
die I got from Joan's Garden. The silhouette
sticker is from Archiver's.
Well that is all for today, hope you enjoyed these
so now get busy and create something!!!

So until next time {{{Big Hugs}}} to all
Lana
