Joan's Garden Card Challenge # 16

Hello Everyone!

 I hope your enjoying your evening!

 I am worn out, it has been a very busy day here. I sure am 

looking forward to vegging in front of the TV soon LOL!

Today I am sharing a card I made for Joan's Garden Card

Challenge # 16.

I used one of Joan's La Blance stamps and SU's word

 and butterfly stamp. My Sizzix embossing folder was

 used for the background, I just wish Sizzix would

 make the folders bigger so you wouldn't get one of the

 edges left undone LOL. I also used a Sizzix die for my

lattice. I colored using my SU markers and distress ink this

 time along with India ink on my glossy cardstock.

Well there you have it, I hope you get to play along

at Joan's Garden it's lots of fun.

Tag Challenge #16

Happy Thursday Everyone!

Today I am sharing my tag for Joan's Garden tag #16

challenge. Unfortunately I am having problems photographing

it because of the purple I used it is coming out bright blue

and it is not blue at all. Plus the lighting is making the leaves

look translucent and again they are not grrrrrrr I give up! I

 have taken so many photos I almost did not enter it

 but thought I had put too much time into it not to 

so here it is lousey photo and all LOL LOL.

Well what do you think?

Since I do not usually use tags by themselves I went ahead

and made this into a card for a friend of mine.

                                                     

For the tag and card I used SU cardstock and some

 glossy CS. The ink was Distress inks that I applied

using Nibs and applicators, I also used memento black

for the main image and the words. The stamps are

La Blance ( from Joan's Garden ) B Line Designs & The stamp Barn.

 The designer paper is from Oct Afternoon. The lace

punch is MS. Flowers are prima with an unknown brad.

The purple, not blue, LOL satin ribbon is from Walmart.

I used my Sizzix embossing folder for the base of the card.

Well there you have it. Again I apologize for the quality

of the photo but you get the idea hopefully.

Easter Cards

Well I have two more cards to share with you today.

These Easter Cards are quick ones I made since not feeling

well I knew I didn't have alot of time to play around.

 I hope you like them.

I used Stamps from Hero Arts, Close To My Heart

and Creations Inc. I love this little bunny stamp I have

 had it for a long time now and it still makes me smile.

I used SU ink,CS and punch along with my Copic markers.

My favorite embossing folder Swiss Dot was also used.

The DP is unknown that I had in my stash.

I love my Grand Nesties they really work fabulous! Some of

 the sizes work well on cards and actually work in my Big Shot.

Well time for me to hang up some more of my laundry,

then eat my supper. Hopefully it won't be so long in

between postings but who knows around here LOL.

My Journal

Hello Friends!

I am sorry I have been gone so long, I have been so

 busy and now I am sick, gosh I can not catch a break LOL

Enough of the downer stuff LOL on to a project I did

a few weeks ago and have not had time to post.

I made this journal for myself, hope you like it.

For this composition book I used K&Company Designer Paper

 and a bird embellishment that I sanded lightly. I used

ribbon and lace from Walmart and distressed the

 lace with Tim Holtz Distress Ink. I used Stamps

 from Sweet Impressions and Sparkle N Sprinkle.

God's work of art !

Hello My Friends

Sorry I have been missing for a while, it's spring

clean up time around here,as well as getting ready

for a garage sale. So much work and so little energy LOL

Today I do not have a project to share with you, sorry. I hope to

 be back soon with some art work, but until then I do

 have a wonderful picture of God's art to share. It is a rainy

 cloudy day today but in between rain drops I ran out

 and took a couple of pictures of God's art to share

 with you in hopes it will inspire you to look around at all

 the beauty He provides for us to enjoy in our lives

here on earth!
